Eating and living healthy! Take one!


So i have officially started a diet! Ugh...well not a diet but a healthy lifestyle change! I actually started yesterday by using fitness pal to mark all my calories for the day! Cut out my soda drinking to a few sips a few times a week! which is a big step for me! I am lowering my dairy intake and upping my workout times. I currently weigh in at.......yeah right like i am going to tell anyone how much i weigh ha! I need to lose 20 pounds to get where i need to be for my BMI. I started the 30 day shred my Jillian Michael's which is a combo of weight training and cardio....i am hoping i can stick to it this time!
